My Valentine's Day

I was so busy that I didn't get the chance to write yesterday... It's Valentine's Day and I have some errands to run before I can get ready for our dinner. Wani called me early in the morning saying that she & her partner wished to join us.. So we had a double date V day celebration this year.. Something that I've never done before and looked forward to it.

I started my day with home pedicure & manicure. Since the nail salon that I always frequented were closed yesterday, I had to do it myself. Besides, I think I know a little bit about pedi & mani anyway. They turned out alright.. I guess. I went to Agnes thinking that I was just going to do touch up on my hair color but something naughty came over me and I had it chopped to get a heavy bang.. I was worried that I might look fat with it but after it was done, everybody said it was nice, cute even! So I went home and got myself ready for our 8pm dinner reservation at Palacio. Bo was away in the meeting at this time, he called to let me know that he'd be back at around 7pm. I took a shower and started doing all my makeup when he arrived. He was shocked to see my hair but didn't say anything... I know how he hated that I cut my hair and he had specifically forbade me from cutting my hair unless it's just half an inch trim. So his mood wasn't that great after he saw me. He was on the phone with his business partner and friend all the time I was getting ready. We left for Palacio at 7.45pm.

You know when people say a great party is when you have great conversation over great food and wine? That was what we had last night.. We were seated at a very private corner where no one could really see us. That's exactly what we wanted. The foods were amazing. I had Lobster's tail and Bo had beef as our main course. It was so good that we had to compliment the chef. Olivier came around and asked if the food was ok, I told him to put that lobster in his regular menu and I may come back everyday! He promised to give me a free lobster lunch one of these days... It's nice to have a friend who owns one of the nicest restaurant in town!

We left for home at about 12 am. At the valet, I realized that the diamontee on my Stuart Weitzman was half gone! How can that be..? So much for the ending my beautiful night! Guess I am going to call the store to check if they can give me a service for this pair... I so love it...!

But that didn't stop the V day mood we were having... because as soon as we unlock our apartment's door, Bo said 'you looked sexy tonight' and you get my drift...
