I need some TLC... please...!

I didn't feel well the moment we stepped out from the airport on Saturday night. I had a strange feeling that it was caused by that polluted Jakarta air, but I don't know...

And then the night we arrived KL, Bo had to go with his buddies to Kenyir Lake for their annual fishing trip. He left a little after midnight, and that was when I felt the temperature. It has gotten so high that I couldn't bother unpacking, just took a shower and went straight to bed.

The temperature got the better part of me the whole day yesterday... I couldn't eat, couldn't get up from the bed and felt like I was on a bed of ice even without the air-con turned off. It's official, I got the fever and with it also bad, bad coughs.

In times like this, I'd love to have Bo around, but of course he wasn't. The worst thing was that Kenyir is so far inside the 'jungle' that no cellular signal is available. So, there's no way I could get in touch with him. There was no way I could tell him how sick I felt.

At least I'm feeling better today. I woke up early to get Noah and the cats from the pet boarding place and had my breakfast after I sent the laundry. I called Bibi to let her know that our little trip to the practice range won't be happening today as promised earlier this week since I wasn't feeling well. She paid me a visit which was all I need so I can get up rather than lay down the whole day and watch Ugly Betty. Bibi took me out for dinner and it felt so good just to breath fresh air.

Bo is due back tomorrow... I guess I'll be getting the TLC I've been needing when he comes back tomorrow.
