Downside - I woke up to kids shouting and playing in the pool early mornings on school holidays and weekends, and to Chinese aunties gossiping loudly on weekdays.

No, in Sect. 13.. Inside the golf club area. But close to sect. 9, I think... Sorry, still not familiar with this area bah.. hehehe

ooooo I remember that place.. Shah Alam is a peaceful place compared to PJ and subang right.. missed that place.

Q - Ya, you are right. Very quiet compared to my old place in Subang. Very family oriented too!
