Scent of a woman

I was telling Bo the other day that I need a new bottle of Chanel Coco Mademoiselle, as I was running out... To which he replied and I quote "Why would you need a lot of perfume? Half of your perfume collection is still full, not that I'm stopping you to get another one or two."

And it hit me, I do have a lot of perfume. I'm not a collector, mind you... I'm just someone who thinks that I need to smell differently on occasions. I know some friends who collects perfumes and empty perfume bottles like some people collect stamps. I don't collect them, I use them... for different purposes every time I spritz them on. In fact, it gives me joy to see that they are finishing, so I can go get a new one... a 'fresher' one.

When I'm going out with a date with Bo, I always put on my ultimate one, Chanel No. 5 Premiere. This one makes me feel sexy & hot.. *blush*... Therefore, I only use it whenever I'm around him... When outings with the girls, I use Daisy Marc Jacobs for days and Coco Mademoiselle for nights. These smell fun and outgoing. I used to like Stella McCartney's In Two Peony but that's being used for groceries shopping or salons trips now, same goes to the Hugo Boss's Femme. For sports, or golf more accurately, I use Davidoff's Game when playing with the girls and CK One when I'm up against the boys. For business meetings, I'd go with Chanel Chance... because being superstitious, I think the smell and its name will somehow effect the outcomes of the meeting.

But when I travel, I only pack the miniatures... CK One, CK Eternity & MJ Daisy. Because I always like to shop for perfumes at the Duty Free Counters at the airport. As I travel often, I never shop at perfume outlets.. and my perfume supply always never run out completely.

I love frangrance! I haven't even started talking about my home frangrance yet. Maybe some other time. Because if I were to talk about it now, I'll bore you to death... :)

But girls (and boys...), don't tell me you only have one perfume to define what you are about all the time, right? This may be a personality complex in my case, but I just love them so much to only stick with one. Tell me about yours!
