You don&#39;t have to like a band/artist to know who they are or their name. Nirvana was known worldwide and set a president even before the 90s. Not because of how they acted or what they wore, but their lyrics and performing set a president. He didn&#39;t committ suicide because he didn&#39;t want to go pop thats rubbish. He was on multiple medication including anti-depressants. Kurt Cobain was private and didn&#39;t like the publicity or fame, so being in the industry isn&#39;t easy. plus having Courtney Love as a girlfriend probably wasn&#39;t easy either ha. He also almost single handedly started an entire music movement which was known as grunge, which was the rawest, most powerful music created at it&#39;s time and any time there after.
